How it works
Know yourself.
Bring it into the conversation.
Begin with a personal read. Put your working preferences into words, explore a relationship, and prepare for a real moment.
For every person who matters to your mission.
People think, decide, communicate, and respond to pressure differently. Even when everyone is capable and working toward the same objective, expectations can cross.
SuperQ connects self-understanding with the relationship in front of you. Begin with a personal read, explain yourself in your own words, explore shared context, and prepare for the moments that matter.
A co-founder, a new colleague, a direct report: start with one real relationship and the information each person chooses to share.
Start with your Profile.
Explore how you tend to think, decide, relate and lead. See strengths alongside their costs, then compare your day-to-day patterns with how you may respond under pressure.
A reading is a starting point for reflection. The app invites you to say where the read has you wrong.

Deep Read is a separate, optional values assessment after the core read. Across twelve workplace situations, mark one response most like you and one least like you. The report links its interpretations to your marks and states what it could not see.
Explore further when you want more context. You do not need to absorb every reading before looking at your guide or starting a conversation with Thea.
Put it in your own words.
Your Guide to Working with Me brings together chosen core-read answers, personally written lines, and interpreted patterns. The seven lines you write open after Deep Read. Explain what others might miss, when you do your best work, how you decide, and what helps when things get difficult.
A useful guide gives another person something they can act on. Your authored instructions and SuperQ’s interpretations should be read with their sources in mind.
“If I go quiet, I’m thinking. Give me a beat, then ask where I stand.”
Understand the space between you.
Pairs compares how two colleagues in the same workspace work together. Both complete the core read and both say yes before a pair read is written. Optional agreement questions lead to private reads, a shared card, and clauses both people can sign.
The app describes pair reads as requiring agreement from both people. An unknown is still an unknown; a comparison should not turn missing context into a claimed difference.
Explore PairsPrepare. Then practice with Thea.
Super Coach is where you talk with Thea. Start with something about yourself, a conversation you are dreading, a decision you are putting off, or how your week is going.
For a specific moment, create a prep for one named person. A prep needs your finished core read; using a SuperQ colleague’s read needs you both to have shared with each other. Saved preparations include an opening, an approach, actions to try and things to avoid. From a saved prep, “Practice it with Thea” takes you into rehearsal.
The prep identifies the context available to it. If only your Profile is available, the app says so. Thea’s rehearsal is a way to explore your approach, not a prediction of someone’s response.
Bring it back to your week.
A weekly action drawn from your read gives you something specific to try. You can also return to saved preparations and conversations as new situations arise.
Thea’s memory area includes commitments, threads to revisit, growth and wins, and monthly reviews. Review the context being kept rather than treating every coaching conversation as a blank slate.
