Your ProfileExample

The Grounded Builder.

Curious · Steady · Thorough

Explore a strength and its flip side.

At your best

You do the research before deciding.

A thoughtful decision starts with a clear picture.

Your answers and the interpretation are distinct. Your experience is the place to check the reading.

Deep Read

What matters to you.
When values pull apart.

Twelve workplace situations. Choose what feels most and least like you, and explore the tradeoffs behind your choices.

A moment at workExample

A deadline moves up two weeks.

Most like meI cut scope and tell people why.

Least like meI work nights to keep everything in.

An interpretation to check

“Tell me what can slip,
and I’ll protect the rest.”

The reading returns to your chosen answers, with interpretations you can question.

Your Guide

Make yourself
easier to work with.

Give a colleague something they can use: how you work, what they might miss, and what helps when things get difficult.

After Deep Read, add seven lines in your own words. Chosen answers, authored lines, and interpreted patterns stay visibly distinct.

Sharing applies to your Guide as a whole. Review its visibility through your account’s sharing controls.

Working with SamExample

Chosen answer

When it gets hard

“Ask for a day to look at the numbers.”

Written by Sam

If things go sideways

“I go quiet.
Ask me one direct question.”

Other Guide sections describe interpreted patterns, distinct from what Sam chose or wrote.

Pairs

Understand your differences.
Find a way forward.

See where your working styles align and differ. Then agree on how to work together.

  1. Start with understanding.

A pair read brings your working styles into view, side by side.

For colleagues in the same workspace. Both complete the core read and agree before a pair read is written. Opening a read is recorded for both people.

  2. Build an agreement.

Answer 25 questions each about how you work together. Private reads lead to a shared card and clauses you can both sign.

Requires both under-pressure reads. Each question shows what the other person will see. Including further-read patterns needs a separate mutual yes.

Super Coach · Thea

Think it through.
Then try the words.

Talk or type with Thea. Work through a decision, prepare for a conversation, or practise what you want to say.

Thea

One situation. Three ways to work.

Example

You

“Ana keeps reopening decisions in standup.”

A starting question

What do you want the next conversation to make clearer?

Rehearsal is practice, rather than a prediction of Ana’s response.

Conversation is open after sign-in. Saved preps need your finished core read. Using a colleague’s read also needs you both to have shared with each other.

A coach you can return to.

Return to your conversations, notes, and remembered context. Review what Thea keeps and manage memory in your account.

Explore memory and control

Continued practice

One move.
A chance to reflect.

Take something from your read into a real moment. Notice what helped, then adjust.

Your weekly move, Activity check-ins, reminders you set, and calibration keep reflection part of the work.

A little practice, each weekExample
  1. From your read

Name the decision before the meeting starts.

  2. Try it in the work

Choose a real meeting. Notice what changes.

  3. Next week, in Activity

    How did it go?

Name one thing to adjust next time.

Our approach

A reading.
Room for the real person.

Use the interpretation alongside your experience. Keep your words, the guidance, and missing context distinct.

Question the reading.

You can correct your Profile. Deep Read uses fixed, answer-linked text. Treat interpretations as starting points.

Know whose words they are.

Chosen answers, your authored lines, and interpreted patterns are labeled separately in your Guide.

Review what is shared.

Review whole-Guide sharing, links, and pair agreements in your account. See the current policy for visibility and withdrawal rules.

Control what Thea remembers.

Memory is on by default. Turning it off stops new remembering; it does not delete existing information. Conversation history and learned information have separate deletion controls.

Keep the limits in view.

Interpretations can be incomplete or wrong. Use readings for development and collaboration, not hiring, pay, promotion, or discipline.
