Privacy Policy
Effective October 10, 2026
SuperQ Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026
Replaces: the version dated October 2, 2026, updated to describe how Super Coach, including its coach Thea, uses your SuperQ profile and remembers your conversations so it can coach you, that this is part of using Super Coach, how to see, delete or switch off what it remembers, and spoken conversations; naming the providers of the AI model and of voice; what happens when Super Coach sees you may be in danger; and the feedback you send us from inside the Service
Your data is yours. You choose what to share, and with whom.
SuperQ asks you personal questions about how you work, and what we generate from your answers is personal too. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, who else touches it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. The short version:
Nothing about you is visible to anyone until you share it. Not your manager, not your team, not the person who invited you, not your organization's admin.
We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not use your answers or readings to train AI models.
Super Coach knows you. It uses your SuperQ profile and remembers your conversations so it can coach you. You can see, delete, or switch off what it remembers at any time.
You can export everything and delete everything yourself, from your account, at any time.
Your data is stored and processed in the United States.
If something goes wrong, we will tell you.
The full policy is below. The "In short" line at the top of each section is there to help you read; the section text governs.
1. Who this policy covers, and who is responsible
In short: this policy applies to everyone who uses SuperQ. SuperQ Inc. is responsible for your personal information.
1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how SuperQ Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SuperQ", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the SuperQ website, the SuperQ application, and related services (the "Service"). It applies to individual users, to people invited to give feedback about a colleague ("raters"), to administrators of team and organization workspaces, and to visitors to our website.
1.2 Our role. SuperQ is the controller (the party responsible) for the personal information of individual users, including your account, your answers, and your readings. Your profile is yours as an individual even when an organization sponsors your membership.
1.3 Organizations. When an organization sponsors your membership in a workspace, the organization receives only the limited information described in Section 6. For that information, and for its own workspace and billing records, the organization is responsible under its own privacy notices, and SuperQ processes workspace data on its behalf under a Data Processing Addendum. The organization does not receive your private readings and cannot instruct us to disclose them.
1.4 Contact. Questions and requests go to [email protected] or by mail to SuperQ Inc., [MAILING ADDRESS].
2. What we collect
In short: what you tell us, what your invited colleagues tell us about you, what we generate from that, and the technical information any online service needs to run.
2.1 Information you provide
| Category | What it includes | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Personal email address, the name you choose to display, a photo if you upload one, password (stored only in hashed form), organization code if you join a workspace | You |
| Assessment answers | Your responses to the SuperQ assessment (the core read, and the longer read if you take it), and answers to weekly check-ins | You |
| Calibrations | Corrections and comments you make on your readings in your own words | You |
| Guide content | Notes, rules, and phrases you add to your Guide to Working With Me | You |
| Coaching inputs | Situations, questions, and context you type into Super Coach, and commitments you make | You |
| Conversations with Super Coach | What you say to Super Coach and what it says back, typed or spoken. When you speak, your audio is turned into text and the reply into speech; we keep the text, not the audio | You |
| What Super Coach remembers | Notes it writes after each conversation, a summary of what it has learned about how you work and what you want from coaching, a coaching summary of your SuperQ results, your commitments and how they went, and a monthly review of your progress. If you raise personal matters that affect your work, such as health, family, or legal or money matters, it may remember those too. You can see all of it, and delete any of it, under "What Thea remembers" | Generated by the Service from your results and conversations |
| Imported results | Results or reports from assessments you took elsewhere, if you choose to record them, including any file you attach | You |
| Sharing choices | Each share you grant or withdraw, each comparison you request or accept, and when | You |
| Connected third-party accounts | If you choose to connect a third-party account to Super Coach (currently Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, and Slack), an authorization token for that account and the specific permissions you granted. For Google Drive, that permission only ever covers files Super Coach itself creates for you, never a general search over the rest of your Drive | You, through the third party's own sign-in |
| Actions Super Coach proposes | If Super Coach proposes creating or updating a calendar event, an email, a Slack message, a file, a Google Doc, or a Google Sheet on your behalf, the exact content it proposed, whether you confirmed or declined it, and what happened. Super Coach never creates, sends, posts, or changes anything without your confirmation of that exact content first | You, by confirming or declining |
| Payment information | When paid plans are available: billing name, address, and the payment method you use, which is collected and stored by our payment processor. We receive a token, the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry date, never the full card number | You, payment processor |
| Communications | Messages you send us, including support and privacy requests, and feedback you send from inside the Service, together with the screen you were on and your device and browser type | You |
2.2 Information provided by others
| Category | What it includes | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Rater responses | If you invite colleagues to give you feedback (a "360"), their answers about your work behavior. These are held in confidence (SuperQ knows who responded, so it can enforce the minimum and honor withdrawals) and shown to you only in aggregate, and only once at least three colleagues have responded | Your invited colleagues |
| Invitee details | The name and email address of colleagues you invite to rate you or to join a workspace, used only to send and track the invitation | You |
| Workspace information | If an organization invites you, the fact of the invitation, your role in the workspace, and the work email the organization associates with you | Your organization |
| Shares to you | Readings that colleagues choose to share with you | Your colleagues |
2.3 Information we generate
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Readings | Your profile, the summary and deeper read, your Guide draft, comparisons, team views, coaching preparation, weekly notes, and other outputs generated from your answers and calibrations |
| 360 aggregates | Aggregate feedback computed from rater responses once the minimum number of responses is met |
| Team aggregates | Team-level statistics computed only from members who chose to share, and only when at least five people contribute to each figure shown |
| Audit trail | A record of who accessed or received your information, when, and under which share; and a record that a deletion was requested and completed |
2.4 Information collected automatically
| Category | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Technical data | IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages and features used, timestamps, and error reports |
| Cookies | We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, keep the Service secure, and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. See Section 12 |
2.5 What we do not collect. We do not collect information about people who have not signed up or been invited. Please do not enter health information, or personal information about other people beyond what a situation needs, into Super Coach or your notes; the Service is designed for work situations. We do not monitor your email, calendar, messages, or other work tools unless you choose to connect one to Super Coach, as described in Section 2.1. Even then, Super Coach only reads what it needs to answer what you asked, and only creates a calendar event, sends an email, posts a Slack message, or creates or updates a file, Doc, or Sheet after you have reviewed and confirmed the exact content; it cannot act on its own. We do not collect precise location, biometric information, government identifiers, or financial account numbers. We do not infer race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, health, or other characteristics protected by law, and our assessment does not ask about them.
2.6 How we treat this information. Your answers, calibrations, readings, coaching inputs, and rater responses are personal and describe how you tend to work. They describe work-style preferences and behavioral tendencies; they are not designed to, and must not be used to, diagnose or infer any medical or mental-health condition. We handle them with the care we would give sensitive information, whether or not a particular law classifies them that way: we process them only with your consent, only for the purposes in Section 3, and only through the controls in Sections 4 and 8.
3. How we use your information, and why we are allowed to
In short: to run SuperQ for you. Nothing else without asking.
| Purpose | What we do | Legal basis (where one is required) |
|---|---|---|
| Provide the Service | Score your answers, generate your readings, build your Guide, run comparisons and team views you consent to, run Super Coach (including coaching you with your SuperQ profile and what you have told it in earlier conversations, unless you switch its memory off), send your weekly loop | Performance of our contract with you; your consent for the processing of your assessment answers and readings |
| Honor your sharing choices | Show artifacts only to the people you have shared them with, enforce dual consent for comparisons, remove you from views when you withdraw | Consent; performance of contract |
| Act on a connected account, with your confirmation | If you connect Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, or Slack, read what Super Coach needs to answer your question, and create a calendar event, send an email, post a Slack message, or create or update a file, Doc, or Sheet only after you explicitly confirm the exact content | Consent; performance of contract |
| Operate workspaces | Show organization administrators completion status, share rates, and aggregates that meet the participation floors | Performance of contract; legitimate interests of the organization in administering a tool it sponsors, balanced against your interests by the aggregate-only design |
| Communicate with you | Send transactional email such as verification, security notices, weekly reminders, and responses to your requests | Performance of contract; legitimate interests |
| Marketing | Send product news if you have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link | Consent |
| Keep the Service secure | Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access; keep audit logs | Legitimate interests; legal obligation |
| Improve the Service | Understand which features are used, fix errors, and evaluate the assessment using statistics that cannot be linked to any individual or organization | Legitimate interests |
| Comply with law | Respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, establish or defend legal claims | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
3.1 No training on your data. We do not use your answers, calibrations, readings, coaching inputs, conversations with Super Coach, what Super Coach remembers, or rater responses to train or fine-tune machine-learning models, and we require the providers that process this information for us not to do so.
3.2 No sale, no advertising. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not show advertising in the Service.
3.3 Automated processing and profiling. Your readings are generated by automated systems, including artificial intelligence, from the information you and your invited colleagues provide. This is profiling in the sense that it describes your tendencies. Here is how it works: your answers are scored against SuperQ's own scales; that scored profile, your calibrations, and the context you provide (for example, a situation you describe to Super Coach) are used to generate the text of each reading; and rater responses are combined only in aggregate before they influence anything. It does not produce any decision about you: SuperQ does not decide, recommend, or score whether you should be hired, promoted, paid, disciplined, or dismissed, has no capability to send information to systems that make such decisions, and prohibits its customers from using the Service for those purposes. You can calibrate any reading in your own words, question the result of any profiling and have inaccurate inputs corrected and the reading regenerated, and ask a person at SuperQ to review any reading or the way it was generated by writing to [email protected].
4. Sharing and visibility inside SuperQ
In short: private by default. You share per person and per artifact. Comparisons need both people. You can withdraw, and withdrawal stops future access but cannot un-see the past.
4.1 Your readings are visible only to you until you share them. Sharing is a choice you make in the Service for a specific artifact and a specific person or group, and it is recorded so you can see it and change it.
4.2 A comparison between two people is shown only when both have agreed to that comparison. Team views are built only from people who chose to share, and any figure computed from fewer than five people is withheld and replaced with an explanation, whatever filters produced it.
4.3 You can withdraw any share at any time. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future access and future aggregates. It does not recall what someone has already read, exported, or received by email.
4.4 Declining to share, declining a comparison, or withdrawing a share is not visible to anyone as a distinct status. In the Service, it looks the same as not having completed a step.
4.5 If you publish a public link to your Guide, anyone with the link can read it. You can disable the link at any time.
5. Who we disclose information to
In short: the service providers we need to run SuperQ, under contract; the people you share with; and, where the law requires, authorities. Nobody else.
5.1 Service providers. We use a small number of providers who process personal information on our behalf, under written contracts that restrict them to our instructions, require confidentiality and security, and prohibit them from using the information for their own purposes or to train models. By category:
| Category | What reaches them | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment and coaching engine | Your assessment answers and scores, and the inputs needed to generate a specific reading. When you request a comparison, the short descriptions each of you wrote about how you meet people and move in a group. Rater responses in aggregate | The engine that generates readings is licensed from and operated by an affiliate of SuperQ under a written data-processing agreement. It receives the psychological content needed to generate your readings, over a private connection, and does not retain comparison text after the comparison is written. It also receives de-identified usage events (such as "a read was completed") under a random code that is not linked to your name, email, or answers; these de-identified events are the one thing an account deletion cannot reach |
| AI model providers | The prompts needed to write a reading, a coaching preparation, or a Super Coach reply, which include your SuperQ results and what Super Coach remembers about you | Used by us or by our engine provider to generate readings, under terms that prohibit training on the content and limit retention. The model behind Super Coach, including Thea, is provided by Anthropic, PBC |
| Voice | If you speak with Super Coach, your audio, to turn it into text, and the text of each reply, to turn it into speech | Provided by ElevenLabs. Used only to provide spoken conversations. We keep the text, not the audio |
| Hosting and infrastructure | All Service data, encrypted at rest and in transit | Located in the United States |
| Network, security, and content delivery | Web traffic between your browser and the Service, including your IP address | Also receives email sent to our @superq.app addresses |
| Email delivery | Your email address and the content of each message we send you | The weekly reminder quotes a line you wrote in your Guide, so that line passes through the provider and is kept in its message log for a limited period. We never put your readings, your calibrations, or your assessment answers in an email |
| Connected third-party services (only if you connect one) | If you connect Google Calendar, Gmail, or Google Drive, the information needed to perform the specific action you asked for and confirmed, for example reading your upcoming events, creating the event you approved, sending the email you approved, or creating or updating the file, Doc, or Sheet you approved. If you connect Slack, the message you approved, posted under your own name, to the channel you specified | Google and Slack are each a separate company from SuperQ; connecting one does not give the other access. You choose which services to connect, and can disconnect at any time; disconnecting also revokes our access at that provider's end, not just in our own records |
| Backup storage | Encrypted copies of the Service database | Encrypted before leaving our systems with keys we hold; the provider cannot read them |
| Payment processing | Billing details for paid plans | Collected directly by the processor; we never see full card numbers |
| Customer support tools | The content of messages you send to our support and privacy addresses | |
| Professional advisers | What is needed for legal, accounting, and audit purposes |
A current list of our sub-processors, with the entity, role, and region for each, is available to organization customers on request under a Data Processing Addendum, and we notify organization customers before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
5.2 People you share with. Colleagues, teams, and organizations you choose to share with, as described in Section 4.
5.3 Your organization. The limited workspace information described in Section 6.
5.4 Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of SuperQ, our users, or the public; or to detect and prevent fraud or security issues. Where the law allows, we will tell you before disclosing your information in response to a legal request.
5.5 Corporate transactions. If SuperQ is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy, and the commitments in this policy will continue to apply to information collected under it.
5.6 With your direction. Any other disclosure you ask us to make.
6. Your organization and your employer
In short: an organization can see who has completed steps and how many people chose to share, plus team views built only from those who shared. It cannot see your private readings, and your profile stays yours if you leave.
6.1 If an organization sponsors your membership, its administrators can see: whether you have completed steps such as the assessment and your Guide; the proportion of members who have chosen to share; team aggregates and comparisons built only from members who chose to share and only when the participation floors are met; and artifacts you have chosen to share with the organization or with people in it.
6.2 Administrators cannot see your assessment answers, your readings, your calibrations, your coaching inputs, your imported results, or rater responses about you, and the Service provides no way for them to do so.
6.3 The Service has no capability to write to hiring, applicant-tracking, performance-review, compensation, or human-resources systems, and we do not build one on request. Our Terms prohibit organizations from using SuperQ to make employment decisions, from requiring participation, and from retaliating against anyone for declining to participate or share.
6.4 If you leave the organization or the organization ends its plan, the organization's access to what you shared with it ends, your account and readings stay with you, and the organization keeps only statistics that cannot be linked to you.
7. How long we keep your information
In short: as long as you have an account. Delete it and everything goes within 30 days, except the record that we deleted it and statistics that cannot identify you.
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Everything, while you have an account | Until you delete it or delete your account |
| After you request account deletion | 30 days, during which you can cancel the deletion. On day 30 your data is permanently removed from live systems |
| Your photo | Removed immediately when you remove it or request deletion |
| Imported results and attached files | Removed immediately when you remove them or request deletion |
| Individual items you delete (a note, a coaching input, a share) | Removed from live systems immediately |
| Super Coach conversations and what it remembers | Until you delete them under "What Thea remembers" (one item, one conversation, or everything) or delete your account. If you switch memory off, Super Coach stops remembering new conversations; delete what it already holds there too if you want it gone |
| A connected third-party account's authorization | Until you disconnect it or delete your account, whichever comes first. Disconnecting revokes access immediately, both in our records and at the provider's end |
| An action Super Coach proposes | If you don't respond, the proposal expires automatically after 15 minutes and is never carried out. If you confirm or decline it, that record is kept the same way as your other coaching inputs, until you delete it or your account |
| Encrypted backups | Backups are retained for a limited, fixed period and expire on a schedule. Deleted information is gone from every backup no later than 60 days after it is removed from live systems |
| Organization workspace data after a plan ends | Up to 90 days, so the organization can export what it is entitled to, then deleted. Earlier deletion is available on request. We confirm deletion in writing |
| The record that a deletion happened | Kept, without the deleted content. A deletion trail that deletes itself cannot show that we did what we said |
| Statistics that cannot be linked to any individual or organization | Kept and used to improve the Service |
| De-identified usage events sent to our engine provider | Kept by that provider under a random code that cannot be traced to you |
| Email message logs at our email provider | A limited period set by the provider, then deleted |
| Support correspondence | Up to 3 years after the matter is closed |
| Billing records | As long as tax and accounting law requires |
7.1 If you withdraw a share or a rater's response drops a team below the participation floor, the affected view is withheld from that moment. Artifacts already delivered are not rewritten.
8. Security
In short: encryption, isolation, access control, and audit logs. We will tell you if something goes wrong.
8.1 We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including: encryption of data in transit and of backups at rest, with keys we hold; isolation of each person's data enforced at the data layer, so that one account cannot read another's even if there is a mistake in the application; access controls and least-privilege administration; audit logging of access to personal information; and processing of readings only through server-side systems, never from your browser to an AI provider.
8.2 No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any affected organization without undue delay and within the time the law requires, and we will tell you what happened and what we did about it.
8.3 Please use a strong, unique password and tell us at [email protected] if you notice anything suspicious.
9. Where your information is stored
In short: the United States.
9.1 SuperQ is based in the United States, and personal information is stored and processed in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.
9.2 For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, transfers to the United States will rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension once SuperQ is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum) together with supplementary measures. To ask how your information is transferred, write to [email protected]. See Section 11 for your rights.
10. Your rights and choices
In short: export, correct, delete, and withdraw sharing yourself, any time, from your account. Anything else, email us and we will respond within 45 days.
10.1 Self-service, in your account.
Export everything. One press. You receive your profile, answers, calibrations, readings, Guide, coaching history, sharing history, and audit trail, in a machine-readable format and as a document. The export contains your results, not the assessment items or scoring methods, which are proprietary.
Correct. Edit your account details, and calibrate any reading in your own words.
Delete everything. One press. Thirty days, cancellable during that window.
Withdraw sharing. Any time, per person, per artifact.
What Super Coach remembers. See everything it remembers, delete any item, any conversation, or all of it, switch off any category of personal matter, or switch memory off entirely, under "What Thea remembers".
If you may be in danger. If something you say to Super Coach suggests you may be in danger, it shows you crisis resources. Nobody at SuperQ is alerted, and we do not contact anyone on your behalf. Super Coach is not an emergency or crisis service.
See who touched your data. Your audit trail is in your export.
Email preferences. Pause or stop the weekly loop in your account; unsubscribe from marketing with the link in any marketing email.
10.2 By request. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; ask us to correct or delete it; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information); limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide the Service you asked for); ask for human review of automated processing; appeal a decision we make about your request; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Write to [email protected].
10.3 How we handle requests. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days, verify your identity by confirming you control the email address on your account (and, if needed, by asking you to sign in or answer questions only you would know), and respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days where the law allows if we tell you why. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission; we may still verify your identity directly.
10.4 Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, the signal changes nothing about how we treat your data, and we honor it anyway. When we detect the signal, your privacy choices page shows that your opt-out preference has been honored.
10.5 Raters. If you answered a 360 about a colleague, your responses were collected in confidence and are shown only in aggregate; the colleague never sees individual answers or who gave them, and we treat them as opinions given in confidence when responding to access requests, to the extent the law allows. You may ask us to delete your responses at [email protected]; we will do so, and the aggregate will be recomputed.
11. Additional information for specific places
11.1 United States state privacy laws
This Section supplements the rest of this policy for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws.
Categories of personal information. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories, from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 2 and 3, and disclosed them to the categories of service providers in Section 5: identifiers (name, email, IP address, account identifiers); personal records (billing information, when paid plans are available); commercial information (plan and transaction history); internet or network activity (pages and features used, device and browser information); professional or employment-related information (workspace membership, role, work email provided by your organization); connected third-party account information (if you choose to connect one, such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, or Slack, and the specific action you asked for and confirmed); inferences drawn from the above to create a profile reflecting your working preferences and tendencies; and sensitive personal information to the extent your assessment answers, readings, or coaching inputs are classified as such (we use this information only to provide the Service you request and do not use it to infer characteristics about you beyond those purposes). We do not collect geolocation, biometric, or government-identifier information.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, do not process it for targeted advertising, and have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Where your state gives you a right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, note that we do not carry out such profiling.
Sensitive information. Where state law requires consent to process sensitive information, we ask for your consent when you begin the assessment, and you may withdraw it at any time by deleting your assessment data or your account. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit its use.
Your rights are described in Section 10. To exercise them, use your account settings or email [email protected]. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line; we will respond within 45 days, and if we deny your appeal we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Retention is described in Section 7.
Washington and Nevada consumer health data. SuperQ is not a health service. Super Coach may remember health-related information only if you raise it in a conversation, and only to coach you; you can switch that category off, or delete it, under "What Thea remembers". Questions: [email protected].
11.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Controller. SuperQ Inc. is the controller.
Legal bases are set out in Section 3. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that already occurred. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds.
Special category data. Your assessment answers and readings describe your working style and are not designed to reveal health or other special category data. To the extent any of it is treated as special category data, we process it only with your explicit consent, which we ask for when you begin the assessment. Super Coach may remember health or other special category information if you raise it in conversation; where the law requires explicit consent for that, we will ask for it in the Service before Super Coach remembers it.
Automated decision-making. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. See Section 3.3.
Your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent, described in Section 10. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; a list is at edpb.europa.eu. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Transfers are described in Section 9.
11.3 Canada
We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law, for the purposes in this policy. Your information is stored in the United States and may be accessible to authorities there under applicable law. You may withdraw consent or request access or correction at [email protected].
12. Cookies and similar technologies
In short: only what is needed to keep you signed in and safe. No ad or analytics trackers.
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and remembering preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics services. If we introduce optional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first. Because we do not track you across other sites, "Do Not Track" browser settings do not change how the Service behaves; we do honor Global Privacy Control as described in Section 10.4.
13. Children
The Service is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
14. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the Service changes. If a change is material, we will notify you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email to the address on your account and by notice in the Service, and we will not use previously collected information for a materially new purpose without your consent. The "Effective date" at the top shows when the current version took effect. Prior versions are available at superq.app/privacy/history/.
